No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Prize Promotion but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local charges depending on their own individual arrangements for internet access.

The Prize Promotion will begin at 17:30 pm (GMT) on 30th November 2018 and the deadline for entry is 17:30 pm (GMT) 30th December 2018. Any entry received after the deadline will not be eligible. By entering the Prize Promotion, you become an Entrant. 

To enter the Prize Promotion, Entrants must visit the Website then click the article and follow the online instructions listed, filling in personal details if requested to do so, until a confirmation message is displayed confirming that the Entrant has submitted their name, email address as (the “Entry”). Each valid Entry shall be entered into the prize draw. The details provided by the Entrant’s Entry form will be the identity of the Entrant and, if selected as the winner, the identity of the winner. Entrant must have a valid email address to enter the Prize Promotion. The use of a bogus name or email address will disqualify an Entrant. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void. All entries become the property of Clash Magazine | Music Republic Ltd (“Clash”). By entering the Prize Promotion, entrant consents to Clash’s collection of the personal information in accordance with Clash’s privacy policy (found at ). Entrant further consents to receive additional Clash Music promotional information, and if selecting the tick box marketing information from Clash Contest Partners. All Entrants agree to abide by these rules. Entries may be rejected in the sole discretion of Clash, including for reasons of obscenity, defamation or invasion of privacy.

ELIGIBILITY: 

This Prize Promotion is open to all geographic locations. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age to be valid and to be able to prove their age. Clash reserves the right to request proof of age for entrants as well as parent’s or guardian’s consent. Employees (and their immediate families or household members) of Clash and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents are not eligible to enter this Prize Promotion. Clash and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents are not responsible for any lost, late illegible, incomplete, postage due, misdirected or mutilated mail, any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or failed incomplete, garbled or delayed computer or mobile phone transmissions which may limit Entrant’s ability to participate in the Prize Promotion.

WINNER SELECTION: 

All eligible Entries will be entered into the prize draw and the prize winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries after the Prize Promotion closing date (“Winner”/”Winners”). The Winner/Winners will be notified by email by a Clash representative within one (1) day or twenty four (24) hours of the Prize Promotion closing. To claim the prize, the Winner/s must respond by direct message and provide his/her/their full name, email address, physical mailing address and phone number. 

Failure to respond within 24 hours will be considered Winner’s forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of Clash are final and binding on the entrants in all respects.

Entries and Prizes are non-transferable. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. These gadgets are all brand new, any device not available for retail at time of delivery of prize package to winner will either be substituted for similar item of same value from manufacturer, or the winner can opt to wait for the first commercially available item to be posted out to their nominated delivery address. Delivery of prize will be undertaken by the manufacturer direct, any delivery costs incurred through re-delivery as a result of winner failure to receive package, outside of standard delivery procedures, will be liable to the entrant & resolved at manufacturers digression. Clash will aim to assist, but not be held liable for re-delivery fees under these circumstances. By entering this competition, entrants opt-in to receive communication from Clash Magazine, Music Republic Ltd in relation to this contest and prize draw. Should an entrant tick the marketing opt-in that user is granting permission for Clash Magazine marketing communications via email from Clash or its contest prize provider mailing lists. Entrants will be able to opt out of future communications from Clash, or from third-party providers as per their statutory and site privacy rules. Clash will not be held liable for the opt-out process and mailing list contest of third party prize providers. Shure Microphones, as prize provider, will not be held responsible for any liabilities relating to contest administration or governance.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASES: 

An Entrant or Winner may be disqualified from the Prize Promotion if he or she fails to comply with these official rules, as determined in the sole discretion of Clash. Unless prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use Winner’s names and likenesses in all media for publicity purposes without any further compensation. By entering or accepting a prize in the Prize Promotion, Entrants/Winner agree to be bound by these Official Prize Promotion Rules and to conform to all laws and regulations. By entering, Entrants and Winner’s agree to release and hold harmless Clash, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand or other liability that may arise from their acceptance and/or use of prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded. Clash is not responsible for 1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on entry 2) entries, and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer, mobile phone or technical error of any kind. Clash reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Prize Promotion should a virus, ‘bug’ or other cause beyond Clash control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Prize Promotion. Clash reserves the right to modify the rules of the Prize Promotion in any way or at any time. These Official Prize Promotion Rules and this Prize Promotion shall be governed by English law and by entering the Prize Promotion all entrants agree that all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Courts of Justice
