Becky Jones needed to re-connect - with her past, with her music and with herself.
Sculpted in a remote Welsh cottage, new album 'In The Seams' finds the songwriter inverting her Saint Saviour persona - shifting from electro diva towards something rather more introverted and personal.
Due for release on November 3rd (pre-order LINK), the album finds Saint Saviour dwelling in Autumnal, beautifully pastoral avenues. These are songs to have and hold, as delicate as fallen leaves pressed between the pages of a hardback book.
Saint Saviour recently shot a series of session clips, previewing material from 'In The Seams' with only the most minimal of accompaniment.
Clash is able to premiere 'A Word' and it's quite, quite beautiful. Filmed in Peckham Safe House, the song is little more than Becky Jones' pure, lilting voice and gently plucked nylon string guitar.
