Richard Fearless, Daniel Avery Unite As PSSU

Watch the distorted visuals for '307309'...

The gravitational fields that bind UK club culture were always going to allow Daniel Avery and Richard Fearless to intersect at some point.

Twin electronic talents, their mutual love of sonic exploration has seen them both break boundaries, both pursuing solitary but relate-able goals.

Meeting while working out of Andrew Weatherall’s legendary Rotters Golf Club, the two actually ended up becoming studio neighbours, setting down roots in Leamouth on the River Thames.

Uniting under the joint moniker PSSU, Daniel Avery and Richard Fearless have unfurled a brief but startling collection of digital noise, laid down at the Metal Box, Drone’s studio in East London.

Ranging from oblique electronic soul through to crunching techno burners, the EP is a startling union of two expert production talents.

'307309' is sheer soul matched to an electronic setting, and we're able to share the eye-catching but distorted imagery.

Video direction comes from Greg Hodgson Design, while additional imagery comes from Heretic Spectral Nation.
