Clinic And More For SWN

Line Up Confirmed For Festival

The line up for this year’s SWN festival has been announced, and it looks to be the best one yet with Clinic, Future of The Left, Pete And The Pirates, The Pipeetes and many more confirmed for the Cardiff event.

Organized by Welsh music legend, and Radio 1 DJ, Huw Edwards the event is now in its second year. Reports from the first year were overwhelmingly positive, and this year’s event looks just as good.

Liverpudlian sonic scientists Clinic are set to headline, with Reading chart botherers Pete And The Pirates also set to appear. Special sets are also planned at the event from awkwardly named Scots Dananananaykroyd, James Yuill and former Boo Radleys singer Martin Carr.

The SWN festival takes place in venues across the Welsh capital of Cardiff over the weekend of November 14th-16th, and contains much more than the musical performances. Conferences, talks and workshops will turn the city into a hive of industry related activity, with the event aimed at promoting the growth of Welsh music.

SWN Festival takes place in Cardiff between November 12th-14th.
