Anna Calvi Adds Bush Hall Date

Due to exceptional demand

Anna Calvi has added a second Bush Hall date to her upcoming tour due to exceptional demand.

With barely any music officially released, Anna Calvi has created an enormous stir. The singer signed to Domino last year, playing a series of shows which illustrated the gravity of her songwriting.

Continually wanting to push things further, sessions for her debut album began last year. Out this week, Anna Calvi has impressed with her sweeping arrangements and challenging songcraft.

Reminiscent of a young PJ Harvey, the singer is preparing to launch her biggest tour to date this Spring. Demand for some dates has been enormous, with a show in London’s Bush Hall selling out.

As a result, Anna Calvi has been forced to add an extra date. The final nights of her nationwide tour, the singer will perform a second show at London’s Bush Hall on April 26th.

Tickets for the new date are on sale now, with briefs remaining for all other shows. Opening with a show in Dublin’s Workmans Club, the singer will travel across the UK to unveil her debut album.

Shows in Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester and Bristol are set to follow before the final two night stand at the Bush Hall.

Meanwhile, ClashMusic recently tracked down the illusive Anna Calvi for a fashion shoot. Typically extravert, the singer even paused to answer a few questions ahead of the release of her debut album.
