Two beautiful performances...

Beyonce and Alicia Keys were among the performers at a special Kobe Bryant tribute last night (February 24th).

The basketball legend died in a helicopter crash a few weeks ago, with the incident also claiming the life of his daughter Gianna.

The entertainment world was left shocked, with the LA Lakers icon building close friends among his peers and contemporaries.

More than 20,000 people assembled at the Staples Center in Los Angeles for A Celebration of Life for Kobe and Gianna Bryant, which features some emotional performances.

Beyonce performed 'X/O', a song she said was one of Kobe's personal favourites:

Meanwhile Alicia Keys performed 'Moonlight Sonata', a piece Kobe Bryant taught himself to play by ear in a romantic gesture towards his wife.
