Gus Harvey

Brought up in East Anglia, Gus Harvey was teased out of the countryside by Subculture Sounds, who invited her to join him in an abandoned pub in Hackney.

Now ensconced in East London, the songwriter is working on fresh sounds, a template that touches on trip hop, neo-soul, and future-facing production.

New single 'Witches' has a darkly seductive element to it, with Gus Harvey conjuring a tale of female solidarity.

The track was completed in a 200 year old church close to the singer's hometown, bringing her story full circle.

She explains: "This is a song about one weak man and two stronger women..."

Tune in now.

'Witches' is incoming on Twisted Hearts Records. Catch Gus Harvey at the Social, London on March 31st.
