Thom Yorke To Release Joke Book

It's a selection of one liners, bawdy limericks, and comedic set pieces...

Radiohead singer Thom Yorke is set to publish his own joke book this year, Clash can reveal.

The frontman is known for his tortured performances, but Thom Yorke intends to show another side to his personality in the new book.

"I'm actually a laugh-a-minute kinda guy," he told Clash over the weekend. "I'm always making jokes. It makes the hours fly past on the Radiohead tour bus!"

When asked about this statement the rest of Radiohead refused to comment.

Thom added: "I realised at some point that I needed to write this down, that I couldn't let such top quality content simply fly out of the window…"

New book Existential Laughter Hour lands this summer, and the frontman is eager to get his new project out on book shelves.

"No surprises? I don't think so! No one will be 'Let Down' by this book – I mean, you could say that every joke will be in its right place!"

This is getting quite painful, Thom.
