Band also talk new album

Coventry-based rock rebels The Enemy are set to embark on a massive UK tour in March, as well as discussing their forthcoming second album and preparing for its release.

A recent post on the trio’s Myspace confirmed that the follow-up to massive selling debut ‘We’ll Live And Die In These Towns’ would be titled ‘Music For The People’, however no official release date has yet been set.

With internet rumours suggesting the album will be strongly influenced by hard rock acts such as AC/DC, singer Tom Clarke furthered claims by adding; “It sounds huge, like a proper old-school rock record”.

Choosing from a batch of 30 songs, the band went into the studio last year to record with Mike Crossey (Arctic Monkeys, Joe Lean & JJJ) for the album, which they say will have a “raw, punkier feel to it”.

The Enemy will begin their sprawling UK live assault on the 13th March in Inverness . Limited tickets still available below.
