'Try Not To Freak Out' will be released on September 15th...

Sløtface are set to release debut album 'Try Not To Freak Out' on September 15th.

The Norwegian band are a force of nature, with their stunning live shows turning them into a cult sensation across Europe.

Debut album 'Try Not To Freak Out' comes with no small degree of expectation attached, but new cut 'Magazine' is the perfect introduction.

Adding a dose of pop-edge melody to their potent punk fury, 'Magazine' looks at break ups and body image in the clearest light possible.

Haley explains: “I really wanted to write a killer breakup song, but I’ve never really had any experience with heartbreaking, devastating, aggressive breakups, so I thought I would write a breakup song about breaking up with bad body image and unrealistic representations of human bodies in media. It's fuelled by the back and forth of knowing that society creates unrealistic expectations regarding what people "should" look like, and still feeling uncomfortable in your own skin because you don't live up to those images.”

Tune in now.
