One of the enduring facets of Tom Misch' approach to music is his global reach.
Right from the start he wanted to work with different artists, and a connection to American crew Soulection simply accelerated this.
Debut album 'Geography' arrives on Friday (April 6th) and it's a record dominated by an enormous sense of breadth, and shrewdly picked features.
GoldLink stops past on 'Lost In Paris', a deft fusion of two differing musical instincts, resulting in something pretty damn cool.
Annie Mac got first play on Radio 1, with Tom commenting: “The song is actually about a hard drive that I lost in Paris. You’d presume it was about a boy or girl but no, it’s actually about a memory stick I’d lost that had a lot of new music on it. I got it back, I’d left it in my hotel room, and wrote a song about it.”
Tune in now.
'Geography' will be released on April 6th.
