As electronic label toasts its 20th anniversary...
Planet Mu

Planet Mu was founded back in 1995, initially loosely associated with Virgin before head honcho Mike Paradinas took the imprint independent in 1998.

Initially associated with IDM and avant techno, the label has become a by-word in electronic futurism.

Recently dedicating itself to uncovering styles such as Chicago's footwork scene, Planet Mu is set to toast its 20th anniversary with a number of surprises.

Such as appearing on Radio 1. Label founder Mike Paradinas appeared on the station last night (May 6h) playing everything from Luke Vibert to RP Boo.
