K-Pop group iKON have lost their member B.I / Hanbin.
The musician was reported to have attempted to obtain illegal drugs, causing a media storm around the K-Pop group.
iKON are signed to YG Entertainment, who have acted swiftly to take decisive action against the musician.
As a result, B.I / Kim Han Bin will be leaving iKON. In a statement on Instagram he apologised for "stirring up trouble due to my tremendously inappropriate actions."
"It is true that I wanted to rely on something that I shouldn’t have had any interest in due to going through a hard and painful time. However, I was too scared and fearful to do it."
He added: "Even so, I am so ashamed and apologetic to fans who were greatly disappointed and hurt because of my wrong words and actions."
Fans have already started a petition against the move - in a matter of hours it has almost reached its target of 10,000 signatures.
