Johnny Foreigner added to line-up, get tickets

Wayward post-hardcore outfit Hundred Reasons are to tour the UK with Birmingham’s finest fight-pop trio Johnny Foreigner.

Now into their tenth year as a band, Hundred Reasons have remained staunchly intact, releasing a string of albums regardless of fraught recording contracts and the loss of original guitarist Paul Townsend three years ago.

Blending post-hardcore licks with towering pop melodies, the bands debut ‘Ideas Above Our Station’ saw them surf into the top ten upon its release in 2001. However, major label demands later saw the band dropped by Sony BMG.

As well as currently working on new material (which the band will release on their own), Hundred Reasons have upped the ante by announcing explosive puzzle-pop heroes Johnny Foreigner would be joining them on tour (read J.F.'s 2008 in full here). Looks set to be an exciting return from both acts, then.
