It's an intimate studio clip...

Foy Vance is a hugely distinctive vocalist.

It's now 15 years since his outstanding debut album 'Hope', and in that time he's built an immaculate catalogue of real emotional depth.

Last year's full length 'Signs Of Life' added a new chapter to his work, with Foy Vance crafting the record at his Highland studio.

Out now, album highlight 'Sapling' has become a real fan favourite, not least due to the emotional impact of Foy's inimitable vocal.

For this live performance, he's been joined by a guest, transforming 'Sapling' into a potent duet.

Foy's voice interlocks with Rag'n'Bone Man, with the two delivering an emotive, soulful take on the original.

A performance that stands apart, 'Sapling' was recorded in the same Highland HQ that birthed 'Signs Of Life'.

“Rag'n'Bone Man was my first choice for the UK duet of Sapling not just because of his voice, but because of his soul,” comments Foy Vance.

“I’ve known Foy for a few years now and have always admired his creativity and artistry,” adds Rag’n’Bone Man. “I’ve loved writing with him and am so happy to have been asked to join him on this track.”

Tune in now.

'Sapling' ft. Rag'n'Bone Man is out now.
