Dream Wife
Aimed at women and non-binary artists...

Dream Wife have issued an open support slot call for women and non-binary artists.

From their name to their music to their live shows Dream Wife have always focussed on female empowerment, aiming to plot a course through an industry still riddled with patriarchal structures and misogynistic beliefs.

Preparing to head back out on the road, Dream Wife have issued an open support slot call, pairing up with non-profit organizations Girls Rock London and the Girls Rock Camp Alliance.

Female and non-binary artists can apply HERE with Dream Wife commenting:

One of the best things about touring is getting to meet, exchange ideas with, and play music alongside kickass bands from all over the world. For our autumn headline tour dates we are calling for women/non-binary artists to come share their music, thoughts, the night and a stage with us.

Gender diversity in the music industry is still an issue and the aim is to provide a platform for women/NB musicians regardless of experience, financial backing, number of online followers etc. If you've got rock 'n' roll in your soul, if you've got something to say; we want to hear from you.

Girls Rock London add:

Girls Rock London is so excited to announce this new collaboration with Dream Wife, which will provide a platform for female identifying/non-binary fronted/majority bands to perform with such an amazing band of badasses on their autumn headline tours. Through our network we are able to share the initiative with other Girls Rock camps across Europe and the United States. It feels very empowering to see Community, Rock ‘N' Roll and Education colliding together in this way.
