Twitter feed sparks speculation

Globe trotting rock behemoths Coldplay have got fans hot under the collar after hinting at new tour dates.

Since the release of the massively successful album 'Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends' Coldplay have been hot property. A massive world tour last year saw the band play to packed out stadiums, as their album hit the top spot in more than 35 countries worldwide.

Arguably the biggest band on the planet until the U2 record drops, Coldplay have come a long way since a curly haired Chris Martin first warbled his way through 'Yellow'.

The band announced a series of North American dates today (February 6th). Taking in massive shows across the United States and Canada, Coldplay fans are waiting in anticipation to see if the band announce any British or European dates.

A new Twitter message has teased them further saying:

"Keep it under your hats, but we've got a couple more dates to announce on Monday. And those ones are not in north America. Anchorman"

The mystery deepens! More news as we get it.
