A new Bruce Springsteen documentary has been announced - focussing on the fan culture which surrounds the American artist.
A Bruce Springsteen concert is a special event. Sure, The Boss is rightly renowned for his energy levels - playing for up to four hours and beyond - but what really captures the imagination is the response of his fans.
Pushing dedication to new extremes, the fan culture which surrounds Bruce Springsteen is set to be explored in the forthcoming documentary 'Springsteen & I'. Collectively produced, the making of the film was overseen by Ridley Scott Associates and Mr. Wolf.
Directed by Baillie Walsh, 'Springsteen & I' contains countless never-before-seen performances. Ridley Scott is clearly excited by the results: "This beautifully crafted film provides a unique insight into the powerful bond between a recording artist and those who connect so profoundly with his music."
To celebrate, the film will launch with a very special event on July 22nd. Shown at cinemas across the globe, the simultaneous screening will bring fans in different countries together for a one off event.
