Cheap Monday x Tall Ships

We were stoked to learn of the return of Tall Ships late last year. Now on the cusp of releasing their long-awaited second album, ‘Impressions’, the Brighton four-piece are poised to drop more of their trademark crunch and impassioned vocals.

Arriving soon on the highly acclaimed FatCat Records, the first taster of the full-length, ‘Meditations On Loss’, is a real belter of a single:

To celebrate their definitive return, the band are invading our intimate event at Cheap Monday’s Carnaby Street flagship store to coincide with the shop's 5th birthday celebrations! So take a biro and mark Thursday 16th Feb in your diary now. Alongside the appearance from the band, Clash DJs will be warming up the crowd by spinning some of our favourite records.

The event follows two memorable performances from rising stars Sundara Karma and Dead!, who recently rattled the store’s clothing rails with their frequencies.

So that you can witness live music and indulge in some new garms, Cheap Monday are offering all shoppers a 20% discount on all items purchased in the Carnaby Street flagship store throughout the entire day, plus a free goodie bag (including a copy of Clash) while stocks last. A selection of drinks will be available, too — our friends at BrewDog will be serving up their Punk IPA, while soft drinks will be courtesy of evian.

Entry is free but strictly by invitation only. To guarantee your name on the guestlist, RSVP to [email protected], fill in your details via the below form, or sign up in store.

The event kicks off at 6.30pm — so please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Have a browse of the Cheap Monday website to view their latest collection and plan your next shopping spree.
