It's a twilight journey through New Orleans...
Hamilton Leithauser

With The Walkmen now a memory, fans could be forgiven for expecting Hamilton Leithauser to leave music behind.

Nothing could be further from the truth, though. Working on solo material, the American artist is set to release a new album later this year.

Hamilton Leithauser's debut solo LP 'Black Hours' drops on June 2nd, with new cut '11 O’Clock Friday Night' now gaining the video treatment.

Featuring guest vocals from Dirty Projectors' Amber Hoffman, the track is a darkly poetic, melancholic venture.

The visuals, meanwhile, traces a journey through New Orleans the night before Mardis Gras...

Beautifully shot by Paul Maroon, the video journeys through the districts of 9th Ward, Marigny, Bywater, French Quarter, and Treme.

'Black Hours' will be released on June 2nd. Hamilton Leithauser is set to play the following show:

27 London Bush Hall
