Disco Classical Head To LIMF

Liverpool festival toasts its seventh anniversary...

Disco Classical is set to head to Liverpool's LIMF this summer for a stunning headline slot.

Liverpool International Music Festival turns seven this year, running across the weekend of July 20th – 21st.

The first act to be announced for the festival is Disco Classical, a lavish re-imagining of the disco's golden age.

Featuring guests Sister Sledge with Kathy Sledge, Disco Classical links live vocalists to the 35 piece strong Manchester Camerata Orchestra.

A bold choice for Sunday night headliner, LIMF curator Yaw Owusu explains:

“Disco Classical is an amazing concept and experience – some of the biggest hits of the genre presented in a very special and unique way. Even better is that it continues LIMF’s traditional of headliners that know how to really deliver a celebratory party atmosphere which everyone can enjoy and dance to! This will be a terrific way to close out LIMF 2019”.

Tickets are on sale now.

LIMF runs between July 20th – 21st.
