Gavin James has always been a fan of Christmas.

Time with your family, great food, the odd drink... what's not to like?

So when the Irish songwriter decided to cap another memorable year with a festive-themed EP it made complete sense.

Recently scooping the Best Breakthrough Artist at the A&R Awards, Gavin James also played a sold out show at Dublin's huge 3Arena.

'Winter Songs' EP is out now, and it finds Gavin covering a few of his favourite songs from the season of goodwill.

This track has to be a Christmas staple in Ireland and I covered it at my headline show at 3Arena in Dublin. 13k people sang it with me which was an incredible moment.
