The central line: nightmarish hell-scape where hopes and dreams go to die. Nobody warned Willow Smith, who hit the red line on Monday to busk to solemn commuters and promote the launch of Prada Linea Rossa, the Italian fashion house’s new sportswear line. Transforming the daily travel experience for dozens of people, armed only with an acoustic guitar and highlighter-pink parka jacket, Willow serenaded passing crowds on the underground.
The collection is the latest extension in sustainable practice from the Prada group, technical jersey is made from polyester bers recycled from plastic bottles recovered from sea and land with a molecular level process that reduces the house’s CO2 emissions by 75%.
Anticipation runs high as musician and artist @WillowSmith prepares to launch #PradaLineaRossa FW19 with an unannounced moment along the Central Red Line on London’s Tube.
