If the marriage of French design and Japanese business proved a triumph back in October (it did), the latest collection from Christophe Lemaire’s label and Uniqlo is likely to make it a double whammy.

In-store from mid-March, the collaboration’s latest offering, and the last of this run, continues to paint a vision of relaxed dressing with nods to both classic and contemporary aesthetics.

Shape for the most part remains simple and unfussy, while the palette merges neutral shades with warm brights, gloriously reflected in the accompany campaign imagery, above.

Comprised of 72 pieces – 35 womenswear and 37 men’s – the new line-up has already been dubbed by one Twitter commentator as “a gift none of us deserves”, which come 18th March will no doubt go some way to explaining the queues.
