Penned last summer as its ‘latest New York girl crush’, by September Hailey Baldwin was sauntering down the Topshop Unique catwalk and in November she helped open a branch on 5th Avenue; now the relationship has been properly sealed, as it was announced today that she is the brand’s latest campaign face.
Fronting the SS15 denim line – Cara still claims the mainline crown – the denim collection “is perfect” on the East Coast native, according to Topshop Creative Director Kate Phelan.
“She has an energy and vitality that shows the collection of jeans and the different moods and personalities; the sexy Leigh, the tomboy Mom and the fashion girls favourite Baxter. Hailey is all these girls.”
Styled by Phelan and shot by photographer Oliver Hadlee Pearch, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin (signed in the UK to Storm Model Management, likewise Delevingne), wears a selection of Topper’s finest blue rinse in the campaign, including newbies Binx and Jamie Flare.
