Suono’s ‘Sloe Jam’ Owes A Debt To Montreal

Intriguing lo-fi jammer with a trans-Atlantic origin...

Suono were born in Portsmouth, but it took a trip to Montreal to really bring them together as a band.

Inspired by the all-encompassing creativity of the Canadian city, the band have return to England with a spring in their step.

An EP of their lo-fi bedroom jams is incoming, with pun-tastic new cut 'Sloe Jam' leading the way.

Reminiscent of early Mac DeMarco, Beach Fossils, or even a Kurt Vile demo, the hazy atmosphere gives way to some halluicinogenic melodies.

The video is deceptively simple – shot by Conor Rollins, you can check it out below.
