‘A Taste of Struggle’ gets re-worked...

You’d be forgiven for not realising that A/T/O/S stands for ‘A Taste of Struggle’ – the alias for the elusive production duo and latest signing on Mala’s iconic Deep Medi. And now, the dubwise project of Amos and Truenoys – which was debuted by none other than Mary Anne Hobbs - is perched set for heavy things in 2013.

This (almost) self-titled single ‘A.T.O.S’ gets a hefty re-rub by label stalwart Skream, a man with a passion for ten tonne bass weight. And the Skreamix does not disappoint – the Croydoner keeps the seductive, eerie vocal line but punctuates it with an earth-trembling growl.

The debut release is set for an outing on 25th March, on Deep Medi.

B1 - A.T.O.S (Skreamix)
B2 - A.T.O.S (Commodo Remix)
