Mothers Plea To Eminem

Rapper urged to end feud

American rap megastar Eminem has been urged to end the ongoing feud with his mother Debbie Mathers.

Real name Marshall Mathers III, Eminem’s relationship with his mother is notorious. In the film of his life ‘8 Mile’ the rapper paints a vivid picture of his mother, while last year’s autobiography continued the attack.

The rapper’s feelings about his background have spilled into his music before, with Eminem writing songs about raping and killing his mother. Cheery stuff, which was met by legal moves from Debbie Mathers.

In response, Eminem’s mother has given numerous interviews in an attempt to put the record straight. She has even published a book titled ‘My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem: Setting the Record Straight on My Life as Eminem’s Mother’.

The two have barely spoken for a decade, but with Debbie Mathers in hospital the pair have been urged to end their feud.

Eminem’s grandmother Betty Kresin told US magazine National Enquirer that “my daughter Debbie is very sick. Her dying wish is to reconcile with her son and see her granddaughter. It’s do or die and Marshall needs to see her before it’s too late.”

She needs heart bypass surgery and she should weigh about 120 pounds, but she’s some 50 pounds below that. Her breast cancer is in remission, but I’m really scared for her.

“I have to go to her house and help her get around. She no longer has the will to live.”

Eminem has yet to respond to the claims. His long awaited new album ‘Relapse’ is due for release later in the year.
