Kelly Lee Owens has outlined plans for new EP 'Oleic'.
The London composer has released a pair of 12 inch documents, alongside lending her vocals to Daniel Avery's spectacular debut 'Drone Logic'.
New EP 'Oleic' is incoming on Smalltown Supersound (pre-order HERE), with Kelly Lee Owens sharing lead cut 'CBM'.
The fragmentary electronics are in a state of perpetual motion, with its digital evolution seeming to flex and fluctuate in wonderful alacrity.
Kelly's sighing vocals fuse the experimental with the pop, feeling a little like Laurie Anderson re-tooled for a 21st century club environment.
Strikingly original, you can check it out below.
Catch Kelly Lee Owens supporting Jenny Hval at London's Oslo on October 19th.
