Cate Le Bon may be based in Los Angeles, but the songwriter certainly hasn't forgotten her roots.

It's there in her voice, that quivering Welsh accent which gently intones the most poetic, touching lyrics.

Ending her current UK tour in style last night (February 19th) the singer has decided to give away a new track.

'He's Leaving' is a soft, cyclical meditation on love lost, with Cate Le Bon left to ponder what will come after. Incredibly bittersweet, the gentle, nursery rhyme melody is backed with lyrics which etch out the most poignant of lines.
