Listen: Baby In Vain – ‘Worthwhile’

Sleazy, gritty Danish charm...

Baby In Vain have shared rather excellent new cut 'Worthwhile' ahead of their upcoming tour.

In a way, the opening days, weeks and months of a band's existence are the easiest of all. Beholden to no one, all the band have to do is satisfy their own artistic expectations, their own appetite for creation.

The minute success kicks in, though, problems, arise. Danish group Baby In Vain have been forced to fight to retain control over their music, and – in a subversive yet cool-as-hell move – they've detailed this in a new song.

'Worthwhile' is packed with sleazy, gritty Danish rock charm, with Andrea commenting: "'Worthwhile' is about our blossoming success and how blind it made us, how imprisoned we felt and how we fought to keep our integrity intact in a world where integrity is a rare phenomenon."
