Editors are set to release new album 'Violence' on March 9th.
The new album is the band's first since 2015's Top Five success 'In Dream', and follows extensive spells in the studio.
'Violence' was produced by Leo Abrahams, with additional production from Benjamin John Power (Blanck Mass, Fuck Buttons).
Out on March 9th, the album will be accompanied by three intimate dates in venues Editors have never played before.
First, though, the band have shared new song 'Magazine'. A powerful post-punk fuelled return, there are elements of industrial - think Nine Inch Nails, Gary Numan's recent releases - at play.
Editors' Tom Smith explains: "'Magazine' is a pointed finger aimed at those in power... some corrupt politician or businessman... a character, and a tongue in cheek poke at the empty posturing and playing to the masses of the power hungry..."
