The Cure Announce Massive One Off 40th Anniversary Show

Clash Live: In Association With Zig-Zag...

The Cure are set to play London's Hyde Park next summer for their 40th anniversary.

The band released their debut single back in 1978, and plan to celebrate their birthday in style at a huge one off show.

The Cure will play Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park 2018 on July 7th, trawling through their back catalogue for what will surely be a historic performance.

The supporting cast looks impeccable, too, with The Cure joined by some stellar guests.

Interpol stunned fans at their 'Turn On The Bright Lights' anniversary shows this year, with the New Yorkers due to return to London as guests of The Cure.

Goldfrapp will perform in Hyde Park, with the line up also containing Editors, Ride, Slowdive, and The Twilight Sad.

Tickets go on sale this Friday (December 15th) at 9am.
