Radiohead’s Coachella Set Hit By Interruptions

Festival set is stopped twice due to sound issues...

Radiohead were forced to retreat from the stage twice during last night’s (April 14th) Coachella set due to sound issues.

The band’s high profile set was being live streamed around the globe, and was one of the desert festival’s set piece performances.

Sadly, sound issues caused two interruptions to the set. Faced with complete sound blackouts and episodes of prolonged feedback, Thom Yorke at one point told the crowd:

“I'd love to tell you a joke, lighten the mood, something like that. But this is Radiohead…”

The first moment of silence occurred during ‘Ful Stop’, and when the speakers failed during ‘Let Down’ the group quit the stage for a second time.

Coachella continues across the weekend…
