As Swedish brand Cheap Monday celebrates its fifth birthday and launch of London Fashion Week at its London flagship store on Carnaby Street, Clash was on hand to provide the mother of all parties with a packed out in-store performance from surging indie rock outfit Tall Ships. Bringing a stadium ready sound to an intimate clothes store, fresher cuts ‘Petrichor’ and ‘Meditations On Loss’ soared in between the four piece’s mellower tracks. Ending on a cover of Tears For Fears’ 80s anthem ‘Everybody Wants To Rule The World’, the night was washed down nicely with complimentary refreshments from sponsors BrewDog and Evian.
