Caribou, Real Estate, SMD For Green Man

Welsh event expands...

There's something magical in the Brecon Beacons.

Each year, the organisers of the Green Man festival invite Welsh druids to cast a spell ensuring good weather – sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't but tapping into the area's mystical side is clearly creating something special.

Returning for another instalment, Green Man already boasts performances from Beirut, Neutral Milk Hotel, First Aid Kit, Kurt Vile & The Violators, Daughter and more.

New additions include Dan Snaith's ever-evolving dance collective Caribou, with Domino's indie pop darlings Real Estate also due to take part.

Elsewhere, Simian Mobile Disco will pop past the Brecon Beacons, while cult American artist Bill Callahan will perform at the Welsh event.

The line up is typically broad, with Canadian enfant terrible Mac DeMarco set to appear alongside Moshi Moshi signings Teleman and French afro-pop group Francois & The Atlas Mountains.

Tickets are on sale now.

Green Man runs between August 14th – 17th.
