Prince collaborator rules the roost...
Judith Hill

Working with Prince an inspiration for any artist.

The songwriter still drives himself forward with furious relish, blazing through material at his Paisley Park complex. With her supple tone and soulful delivery Judith Hill couldn't fail to catch the Purple One's eye.

Working alongside the iconic artist, the American newcomer has established herself as a potent talent in her own right. Debut album 'Back In Time' is out now, and to celebrate its release Clash let Judith Hill loose on this week's single releases.

Pia Mia - 'Touch'

A fun track that makes me want to ride down PCH on a bike. I like the synth riff in the chorus.

Emmi - '60 Minutes'

Emmi has a very pure, angelic voice that fits perfectly in this uplifting, dance beat. I love the sweeping string line in the chorus because it gives it a cinematic feeling. I also think "60 minutes" is a very captivating opening lyric.

Jason Derulo - 'Cheyenne'

A heartbreak song that we can all relate to. It's a very edgy, upbeat electro pop record that captures the feeling of Jason being haunted by Cheyenne.

Lost Frequencies - 'Reality'

I love this song! Such a catchy feel good tune about life and it's many unknowns. I would definitely have this song on repeat. It feels very coming of age and has a healing quality to it.

Ariana Grande - 'Focus'

Rockin' track with a really fun horn line. I always love horn break downs and the beat is grooving. I would like to see her perform this live. I'm sure it's awesome.
